FAQ
Q: My messages never get to my friend!
A: Please don’t quit Friendz until you get the “message sent” box. The message is still sending.
Q: My friends list won’t load!!
A: This usually happens when the xbox site is having problems. You can check the status of the site here.
Q: I’m getting a wrong password error, even though I know it’s right.
A: Friendz supports most special characters, but some may still result in an error.
You can help by emailing the me the special characters your password contains
so I can support them in future updates.
Q: Friendz never gets past the login screen!
A: Make sure the account you're using is connected to a active Xbox Live account.
Q: “My live doesn't work any more don't huy” (from a review).
A: There is no way Friendz can edit your information or stop anything from working.
It just connects to a website and downloads information.
If your live stops working (stupidly unlikely), it has nothing to do with Friendz.
If you need to report an error, please include a crash report.
